New Starters – Welcome Pack
When a new child joins our school in any year group the forms below must be read and agreed to before they start with us. Our new entrant form is online and we ask all parents to complete it using the attached Microsoft Form below.
Please ensure you read the following documents and information below.
There is a section on the electronic 'New Entrant Form' to confirm you have done so. If your child has a medical condition, please also complete the attached Pupil Medical Form electronically using the link below.
